About Us
Jedcor was founded in 1977 by Erhard Kossin. He had a vision of changing the industry’s approach to precision sheet metal fabrication. He envisioned a solution where everything feasible would be handled in house. This vision would inevitably result in reduced lead times and enhanced control over the quality of product.
Erhard began his training in Germany as a tool & die maker with specialized schooling and hands-on experience under master machinists. After immigrating to the states he spent over 20 years working in the industry gaining vast experience. Erhard combined his expertise with key employees, and established Jedcor as a leader in the industry.
Jedcor has expanded many times over the years, both in capabilities and size, and is now located in a 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Over the years, we have added new automated equipment, real-time tracking capabilities, specialized services, and integrated assembly with full validation testing.
Quality is a culture at Jedcor. Every employee is dedicated to make the best product available. It is integrated in our Quality Management System and the most important element of our Quality Policy. Our system is AS9100D / ISO 9000:2015 certified and is continually being updated and improved.
